Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant — Suru Network
About The Position
Suru Network is recruiting Physical Therapist Assistants to provide mobile outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes. Clinicians may continue treating appropriate patients after home-health discharge and may be notified about other available patients in their service area. Clinicians decide whether to accept or decline each opportunity, and scheduling and care delivery are flexible. Suru handles intake, insurance eligibility, telehealth evaluations, and billing. Visit notes can usually be submitted by voice recording in about one minute. Clinicians are paid per completed eligible visit, with Suru aiming to match their current home-health or per-visit rate. Payments are made by direct deposit weekly. This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity, not employment with a home-health agency. Onboarding is completed through the Suru mobile app or web app. Before treating patients, clinicians must have an active California professional license and a local business license. Referrals are optional and unpaid; referrals do not guarantee or prioritize assignments, and patients choose their provider.
