About The Position

The Home Health On-Call Registered Nurse supports patient recovery and helps patients remain at home so they can spend quality time with loved ones and continue activities they enjoy. The RN educates patients and families about disease management to help them reach healthcare goals, and case manages patients while providing clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• RN license in the state where the employee works.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
