Requirements

Proven success in home health or healthcare sales
Established book of business and referral network
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Organized with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and payer sources preferred

Responsibilities

Utilize your existing relationships to generate referrals and drive patient admissions
Build and maintain partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral sources
Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed targets
Represent Dependable Nursing through presentations, meetings, and community events
Ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement with referral partners
Work closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and excellent outcomes
