About The Position

Dependable Health Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Hospice / Home Health Marketing Liaison to grow our presence in the Tucson market and strengthen relationships with key referral partners. This role is ideal for a proven healthcare sales professional who understands both hospice and home health and can drive results.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hospice or home health marketing/sales experience
• Established referral network in the Tucson market
• REQUIRED MUST HAVE A BOOK OF BUSINESS
• Proven track record of driving admissions and business growth
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to increase hospice and home health referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, case managers, and discharge planners
• Represent Dependable Health Services at community events and professional meetings
• Educate referral sources on hospice and home health services, benefits, and eligibility
• Track outreach activity, analyze market trends, and report performance metrics
