About The Position

Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a caring and motivated Community Marketing Liaison Business Development Home Health for our Bradenton, FL location (Manatee County). We provide skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support as part of a seamless continuum of care.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years outreach, professional relations and/or sales experience in Home Health.
Excellent communications and interpersonal relationship skills, including public speaking experience.
Must have reliable transportation/insurance and be willing to travel throughout the county.

Responsibilities

Act as a consultant to referral sources to educate them about Empath Health services, access to hospice care, and delivery of end-of-life care.
Be an expert in end-of-life services, as well as adept at marketing and educating the professional community.
Identify and facilitate opportunities for increased Empath Health presence and collaborations to improve access to home care and related programs.
