About The Position
Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes by assessing the patient, identifying patient problems or potential problems, developing, implementing and evaluating nursing care plans and patient care. Works in team relationships with other home health and hospice providers.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active Iowa license for Iowa residents or an active license in a compact state in which you reside
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years prior experience as staff nurse
- Alternate experience may be considered
