About The Position
Guardian Angel Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides or CNAs for a field-based home health position serving patients in their homes throughout San Diego County. The role involves traveling between patient homes and providing compassionate care in accordance with established patient care plans. Applicants must have an active HHA or CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance with their name listed on the policy. Transportation is not provided by the company. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow established patient care plans.
- Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
- Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County.
