About The Position

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania. Caregivers help clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent by following each client’s care plan and assisting with daily routines, companionship, and household tasks. The role includes onboarding guidance, caregiver training, and support from the office team. Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required. The position offers flexible scheduling based on caregiver and client availability, with a starting pay of $13–$15 per hour depending on the assignment and approved offer. Employees are paid biweekly. Requirements

Demonstrate compassion, patience, and respect for each client’s privacy and preferences.
Be dependable and communicate clearly with clients and the office team.
Be able to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
Have reliable transportation to assigned visits.
Be able to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Follow each client’s care plan.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving clients’ dignity.
Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using the electronic visit verification system.
