BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide care to adult clients in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The position offers flexibility to choose work locations, clients, and hours, with efforts to match employees with opportunities near their homes. Training may be available for candidates without experience. Openings are listed in West Chester, Exton, Downingtown, West Grove, Kennett Square, Chester Springs, Oxford, Landenberg, and Pottstown. Requirements
- At least one year of direct home care experience with another home health agency, hospital, or facility, or be a nursing student who has completed clinical rotations.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
Benefits
- Base pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour.
- Group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits for non-licensed home care field employees averaging at least 30 hours per week over a three-month measurement period.
