About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide care for adult clients in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Aides can choose where and with whom they work, as well as their hours. Training may be available for applicants who do not meet the experience qualifications. BAYADA describes a supportive work environment with flexible scheduling, nearby assignments when possible, needed job tools, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. Openings are listed in West Chester, Exton, Downingtown, West Grove, Kennett Square, Chester Springs, Oxford, Landenberg, and Pottstown.

Requirements

At least one year of direct home care experience with another home health agency, hospital, or facility, or nursing students who have completed their clinical rotations.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living.
Provide light housekeeping.
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
Provide medication assistance.

Benefits

Base pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour.
