About The Position

Senior Helpers is hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home care to seniors. The role focuses on helping clients with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), providing companionship, and communicating openly with seniors, their families, and Senior Helpers staff. The position requires at least six months of caregiver experience and a Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiver experience.
• Willingness to learn new skills to improve clients’ lives.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and staff.
• Assist with personal care.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with assigned Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
