About The Position

Right at Home Care & Assistance is hiring experienced Caregivers and Home Health Aides to help clients remain comfortably in their homes. Full-time and part-time openings are available in Wayne, Pennsylvania, with shifts scheduled between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. The listed pay is $15–$17 per hour. The role includes assisting clients with daily living and supporting their safety and well-being.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a caregiver.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds independently.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Current TB test.

Nice To Haves

• CNA license, Home Health Aide certification, or Personal Care Aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Help prepare meals.
• Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Ensure clients' safety and well-being.
