About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support clients across Framingham, Massachusetts. The role provides hands-on care to help seniors stay safe, healthy, and comfortable in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, monitoring clients’ conditions, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Candidates who are not yet certified may receive free HHA training.

Requirements

• HHA or CNA certification preferred, or willingness to train.
• Strong communication skills.
• A steady, calm presence.
• Comfort following care plans and health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship.
• Follow care plans and health and safety protocols.
