About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers (HHAs) to support clients in Manchester and surrounding areas. Caregivers assist clients one-on-one in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers pay of $18–$20 per hour and day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
Valid Connecticut HHA certificate of completion.
Comply with state background screening requirements.
Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Support clients with mobility needs.
