About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Shutesbury, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The position is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required; free training is available for qualified applicants. The role offers pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, and flexible scheduling with 8–12-hour shifts. Daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts are available, with immediate-start opportunities. Qualified new hires can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
