About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors in Lee County and Charlotte County, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Lehigh Acres. The work supports seniors in staying safe and comfortable in their homes. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with plenty of cases but no guarantee of hours. Pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on location and case complexity. The company is family-owned and provides hands-on support. It is not a registry and pays payroll taxes and liability insurance. Supplemental insurance coverage is available.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or caregiving experience in home care or assisted living.
• Active Level 2 screening in the Florida Clearinghouse, or ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
• CPR certification.
• Alzheimer’s, HIV/AIDS, and Assistance with Medication certificates.
• DOEA Training Certificate and TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must speak and understand English.
