Urgently Hiring Caregivers, CNAs and HHAs
About The Position
Caring Senior Service is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to help seniors maintain dignity, independence, and comfort at home. The organization has supported seniors living safely and comfortably at home for over 30 years and is growing its team in Louisville, New Albany, Jeffersonville, and surrounding communities. The role includes personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders; companionship and emotional support; and light housekeeping, including cooking, laundry, errands, and general tidying. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. Scheduling is flexible, with mornings, days, overnights, and weekends available. Employees can choose clients and work close to home, with support from the office team and available shifts intended to provide consistent hours without needing multiple agencies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or working with seniors or adults with disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Caring heart, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Help with cooking, laundry, errands, and general tidying.
