About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Primacy is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time positions. CNAs provide nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining high standards of quality and compassionate care. Available shifts include days, evenings, and nights.

Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Hold current, active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services to patients and residents with a high degree of quality and compassion.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Follow applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as requirements set by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
