About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Erin is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for day, evening, and night shifts. The facility is a 164-bed organization with a large therapy department, a rehab-to-home program for short-term patients, and services that support the functional level of long-term care residents. Signature HealthCARE provides integrated services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services.

The role involves delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing services to patients and residents, supervising the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants, and ensuring that nursing personnel follow facility policies and procedures. Work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations, as well as requirements established by the Director of Nursing.

The hiring event is scheduled for Wednesday, November 11, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at 278 Rocky Hollow Rd., Erin, TN 37061. Full-time day- and night-shift CNAs are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus; full-time evening-shift CNAs are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Hold current, active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining a high degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Work in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as requirements established by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility's written policies and procedures.
