About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on care to clients in their homes across Framingham, Massachusetts. The role supports clients in staying safe, healthy, and comfortable at home. Candidates who are not yet certified may receive free HHA training.
Requirements
- HHA or CNA certification is preferred, or willingness to train.
- Strong communication skills.
- A steady, calm presence.
- Comfort following care plans and health and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Support client mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
- Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship.
