About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Account Executive to fill the role of Marketing Manager. This position develops and manages relationships with community referral sources to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and expand its Medicare home health business in and around North Boston. The role is suited to a highly motivated, results-driven person who can build strong, lasting relationships. The territory includes Bedford, Woburn, Reading, Lynnfield, Lynn, and Danvers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry; home health care experience is preferred.
• Formal sales training.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
• Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to network in the community; established healthcare contacts are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Generate home health referrals by building relationships with physicians, long-term care providers, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.
• Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies, goals, and plans.
• Conduct sales calls and evaluate the results and effectiveness of sales activity.
• Support business development activities and establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
