About The Position
Join a program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering as a Home Consultant, helping uphold the quality and hospitality standards expected of luxury homes. As part of the Managed Services program, the consultant conducts in-person home assessments, documents property conditions, captures photos, and prepares detailed evaluation reports for the luxury quality review process. Consultations typically take approximately two hours, with duration varying according to property size. The project operates on an as-needed basis, and assignment volume is not guaranteed and may fluctuate with operational demand and market needs. Compensation is per assignment. Candidates propose a rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home; typical regional base rates are $75–$90. The base rate increases by $5 for each additional bedroom, up to the rate for eight bedrooms. Consultants also receive travel compensation for each assessment day, based on their distance from the center of their assigned zone; this ranges from $5 to $92. Requirements
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet suitable for completing reports and uploading photos.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable with technology and able to complete reports using a stable internet connection.
- Be located within one hour's driving distance of the job-post location being applied for.

- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports based on independent expert evaluations, using provided guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit reports accurately and on time following each consultation.
