Strong Communicators Needed for Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Project - North Central Florida, US
About The Position
Join the program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering as a Home Consultant, helping uphold the quality and hospitality standards expected of luxury homes. As part of the Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, take photos, and prepare detailed evaluation reports for the luxury quality review process. Consultations typically take approximately two hours, with timing varying based on property size. This project operates on an as-needed basis. Assignment volume may fluctuate, is not guaranteed, and depends on operational demand and market needs. Compensation is per assignment, with candidates proposing a base rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home. Average regional base rates are generally $75–$90 for a one-bedroom property. An additional $5 is paid for each additional bedroom, up to the rate for an eight-bedroom home. Consultants also receive travel compensation for each assessment day, at a predetermined rate based on distance from the center of their assigned zone. Travel compensation ranges from $5 to $92. Additional travel compensation details and procedures are shared with candidates before offers are extended.
Requirements
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet suitable for completing reports and uploading photos.
- Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable with technology and able to complete reports using a stable internet connection.
- Be located within one hour’s driving distance of the job-post location being applied for.
Nice To Haves
- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports using independent expert evaluation and provided guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional, responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit reports accurately and promptly following each consultation.
