About The Position
Join the program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering as a Home Consultant, helping uphold the quality and hospitality standards expected of luxury homes. As part of a Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person property assessments, document conditions, take photos, and submit evaluation reports for the luxury quality review process. Consultations typically take approximately two hours, with timing varying by property size. The project operates on an as-needed basis, and assignment volume may fluctuate according to operational demand and market needs; work is not guaranteed each week. Compensation is paid per assignment. Candidates propose a base rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home; average regional base rates are generally $75–$90. The rate increases by $5 for each additional bedroom, up to the eight-bedroom rate. Consultants also receive travel compensation for each day they conduct an assessment, at a predetermined rate based on distance from the center of their assigned zone. Requirements
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos.
- Have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable with technology and able to complete reports using a stable internet connection.
- Be located within one hour’s driving distance of the job-post location.

- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports using independent expert evaluation and provided guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit reports accurately and on time following each consultation.
