Strong Communicators Needed for An Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Project - Phoenix, US
About The Position
As a Home Consultant supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program, you will conduct in-person home assessments and help uphold the quality and hospitality standards expected of luxury homes in the offering. The work includes documenting property conditions, taking photos, and preparing detailed evaluation reports for the quality review process. Consultations typically take about two hours, with timing varying according to property size. This project operates on an as-needed basis. Assignment volume may fluctuate and is not guaranteed; activity levels vary with operational demand and market needs. Compensation is per assignment, with a proposed base rate for a one-bedroom home and an additional $5 for each additional bedroom up to the eight-bedroom rate. Separate travel compensation is determined by assigned zone and proximity.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet suitable for completing reports and uploading photos.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Comfort with technology and ability to complete reports using a stable internet connection.
- Located within one hour’s driving distance of the job-post location being applied for.
Nice To Haves
- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, on-site home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates, based on independent expert evaluation.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit reports accurately and on time after each consultation.
