Strong Communicators Needed for An Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Project - Steamboat Springs, US
About The Position
Support Airbnb’s Luxe program by conducting in-person assessments of luxury homes and helping uphold its quality and hospitality standards. As part of the Managed Services program, the Home Consultant evaluates property conditions, takes photos, and submits detailed reports for the luxury quality review process. Consultations typically take approximately two hours, with timing varying by property size. This project operates on an as-needed basis, and assignment volume is not guaranteed and may fluctuate with operational demand and market needs. Compensation is per assignment, with a proposed base rate for a one-bedroom home and an additional $5 for each additional bedroom up to eight bedrooms. Separate travel compensation ranges from $5 to $92 per assessment day, based on assigned zone and proximity.
Requirements
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos.
- Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable with technology and able to complete reports using a stable internet connection.
- Be located within a one-hour drive of the job-post location.
Nice To Haves
- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, on-site home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports using independent expert evaluation and provided guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit accurate reports in a timely manner following each consultation.
