About The Position
Join a program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering as a Home Consultant, helping uphold the quality and hospitality standards expected of luxury homes. As part of the Managed Services program, the consultant conducts in-person home assessments, documents property conditions, takes photos, and submits detailed evaluation reports for the luxury quality review process. Consultations typically take approximately two hours, with duration varying based on property size. The project operates on an as-needed basis; assignment volume may fluctuate and is not guaranteed. Compensation is per assignment. Candidates propose a base rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home; average regional base rates generally range from $75 to $90. An additional $5 is added for each additional bedroom, up to an eight-bedroom rate. Consultants also receive travel compensation for each assessment day, at a predetermined rate based on distance from the center of their assigned zone. Travel compensation ranges from $5 to $92. Requirements
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet suitable for completing reports and uploading photos.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable with technology and able to complete reports with a stable internet connection.
- Be located within a one-hour driving distance of the job-post location.
Nice To Haves
- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates, based on independent expert evaluations.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit reports accurately and on time following each consultation.
