About The Position
Join the program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering in Brazoria County as a Home Consultant. As part of a Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, take photos, and submit detailed evaluation reports for the luxury-home quality review process. Consultations typically take approximately two hours, with timing varying based on property size. The project operates on an as-needed basis: assignment volume may fluctuate and is not guaranteed. Compensation is paid per assignment. Candidates propose a rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home; average regional base rates are generally $75–$90. The fee increases by $5 for each additional bedroom, up to the rate for an eight-bedroom home. Consultants also receive travel compensation for each assessment day, based on distance to the assessment location. Requirements
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet suitable for completing reports and uploading photos.
- Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable with technology and able to complete reports using a stable internet connection.
- Be located within a one-hour driving distance of the job-post location.
Nice To Haves
- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports using independent expert evaluation and provided guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit reports accurately and on time after each consultation.
