About The Position
Join a program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering as a Home Consultant, helping uphold the quality and hospitality standards expected of its luxury homes. As part of the Managed Services program, conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, take photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports for the luxury quality review process. Consultations typically take approximately two hours, with duration varying by property size. This project operates on an as-needed basis; assignment volume may fluctuate and is not guaranteed. Compensation is per assignment. Candidates propose a rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home; average base rates in the region generally range from $75 to $90. Add $5 for each additional bedroom, up to an eight-bedroom rate. Consultants also receive daily travel compensation at a predetermined rate based on their distance from the center of their assigned zone, ranging from $5 to $92. Further travel compensation details and procedures are shared before offers are extended.
Requirements
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos.
- Have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable with technology and able to complete reports using a stable internet connection.
- Be located within a one-hour drive of the job post location.
Nice To Haves
- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports based on an independent expert evaluation, using provided guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit reports accurately and on time following each consultation.
