About The Position
HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is seeking reliable caregivers and CNAs who live in or near Soddy-Daisy to provide hands-on daily assistance to local clients. This is non-medical caregiving that helps seniors remain safely in their own homes. Care includes support with mobility, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, nutritious meal preparation, and companionship. The role does not involve complex medical procedures or charting systems. Caregivers serve clients in Soddy-Daisy and North Hamilton County. Reliability and clear communication are essential: team members are expected to honor scheduled shifts and communicate proactively about scheduling issues. Every client interaction must preserve and defend the client’s dignity, privacy, safety, independence, choices, and quality of life. The position offers compensation of $14.00–$18.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid time off, paid training, ongoing professional development, caregiver referral bonuses, and support from the local Chattanooga administrative team. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and its management makes hiring decisions.
