About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Northfield, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The opening is for caregivers such as CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, including people starting a caregiving career. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Immediate start opportunities are available, with flexible and consistent scheduling and 8–12-hour shifts across daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend schedules. Qualified new hires can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days. To qualify, employees must work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days.
