About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Lowell, Lawrence, the Merrimack Valley, and surrounding communities. The position is open to experienced HHAs, CNAs, and homemakers, as well as people starting a caregiving career. The role supports older adults in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, while providing companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind. Pay is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities are available across all shifts, including day and overnight shifts, short 2-to-4-hour shifts, and 8-to-12-hour shifts, with weekday and weekend opportunities. New qualified caregivers may receive a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional encouragement.
• Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands when needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
• Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
