About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Lowell, Lawrence, the Merrimack Valley, and surrounding communities. The role is open to experienced HHA, CNA, or Homemaker caregivers as well as people seeking to begin a caregiving career. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while providing companionship, dignity, and peace of mind. The employer offers flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities, with day and overnight shifts, weekday and weekend opportunities, and shifts ranging from 2–4 hours to 8–12 hours. Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Qualified new caregivers may receive a $250 sign-on bonus after completing 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Applicants can apply in person at the office Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., without an appointment.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Provide companionship and emotional encouragement.
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run essential errands when needed.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
