Caregiving CNA/HHA – Immediate Openings
About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services, a family-owned home care agency, is hiring caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes in Greenfield and surrounding communities. The agency welcomes experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required, and free training is available to qualified applicants. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities include 8–12-hour shifts, daytime or overnight work, and weekday or weekend shifts. Qualified new hires can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
