About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Northfield, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, Homemakers, and people starting a caregiving career. Immediate start opportunities are available, with flexible and consistent scheduling, including 8–12-hour shifts during the day or overnight, on weekdays or weekends. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires after their first 90 days; recipients must work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.
