About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services, a family-owned home care agency, is hiring caregivers to support seniors in Greenfield and surrounding communities. The role may suit experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Duties depend on the caregiver’s qualifications and client needs. The employer offers free training to qualified applicants, including those without prior experience. The position offers $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, and flexible scheduling with 8–12-hour shifts. Available schedules include days, overnights, weekdays, and weekends. Qualified new hires may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
Provide medication reminders.
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
Support seniors in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
