About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide reliable, compassionate one-to-one home care to clients in Minnesota, including Burnsville and nearby communities. Nurses provide care to clients of all ages and acuity levels while benefiting from consistent hours, schedule flexibility, and clinical support. Available shifts include daytime and overnight schedules in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour formats. There is no weekend requirement, although overnight and weekend differentials are offered.

BAYADA provides efficient onboarding designed around the nurse’s availability, personalized paid training that includes SIM labs, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, and ongoing mentorship. Nurses use Cubhub electronic charting. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available; PRN nurses must work at least two shifts per month.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
