Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
MAS Home Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personalized care to clients in or near Warwick, Coventry, East Greenwich, and surrounding areas of Rhode Island. CNAs work with patients, families, and the nursing team to provide total care, support client safety, and promote independence. The role requires a patient, trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic caregiver. The CNA follows care plans established by the primary nurse, completes documentation, maintains a healthy and safe environment, and demonstrates competency in patient care and treatments. Flexible hours and shift times are available, with pay up to $25 per hour.
Requirements
- Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Rhode Island.
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience.
- Active CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clean driving record and background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to patients as directed.
- Collaborate with the nursing team, patients, and families to provide total care.
- Work alongside the nursing team to follow care plans and complete documentation.
- Promote client independence.
- Follow the patient care plan established by the primary nurse while maintaining a healthy, safe environment.
- Demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care and treatments.
