About The Position

MAS Home Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personalized care to clients in or near Warwick, Coventry, East Greenwich, and surrounding areas of Rhode Island. CNAs work with patients, families, and the nursing team to provide total care, promote client independence, and help maintain client safety. The role requires patience, trustworthiness, communication, and empathy. Flexible hours and shift times are available, and pay is up to $25 per hour.

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island CNA license.
• 1 to 2 years of prior experience.
• Active CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to patients as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team, patients, and families to provide total care.
• Work alongside the nursing team to follow care plans and complete documentation.
• Promote client independence.
• Follow the patient care plan established by the primary nurse while maintaining a healthy, safe environment.
• Demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care and treatments.
