Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Home Care
About The Position
Baywood Home Care is hiring part-time CNAs to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The role focuses on helping clients with personal care and daily routines while supporting their independence and dignity. Caregivers build lasting relationships with clients and help families feel confident about their loved one’s safety. The position offers flexible part-time hours and compensation of $24.00–$26.00 per hour, plus credit for experience. Applicants are asked to complete a required questionnaire; applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and most candidates hear back within 48 hours. Requirements
- CNA certificate; it does not need to be current.
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Dependable and compassionate attitude.
