About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes in Venice, Florida. The role supports clients’ comfort, independence, and daily needs while following individualized care plans and communicating professionally with families and office staff.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Schedules depend on client needs, with many current openings during weekday daytime hours. The posting also invites experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification to apply. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour, with performance incentives and travel reimbursement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to a smartphone and email.
• Professional caregiving experience is preferred; experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
