About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. The role offers shifts of 4 to 12 hours and pay of up to $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience. Employees can work in their neighborhood and support their community as part of a home care team. Requirements

• At least one year of work experience; the experience does not have to be in the HHA field.
• A current CNA license or proof of an HHA certificate representing at least 75 hours of training; out-of-state licenses are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders.
