About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring CNAs and HHAs to provide home care for adult and geriatric clients in Kent and Sussex counties. The role offers shifts of 4 to 12 hours and pay up to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Flexible scheduling is available. Employees receive support from an on-call clinical manager 24/7 and are provided with the tools needed to do their jobs.

Field employees may be eligible for group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if they average at least 30 hours per week over a three-month measurement period. Employees working fewer than 30 hours per week are eligible for Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans. BAYADA also offers weekly pay, paid time off, scholarship programs, and a $500 Talent Scout Bonus for referrals who work 100 hours.

The position provides home health aide services, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, exercises, transfers, and medication reminders. Requirements

• At least one year of work experience; experience does not have to be in the HHA field.
• Current CNA license or proof of an HHA certificate with 75 or more hours; out-of-state licenses are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders.
