About The Position

Eminence Home Care is seeking compassionate, dedicated Home Care Caregivers with driving capabilities to provide personalized in-home care and transportation. The role supports clients’ independence and quality of life through daily living assistance, companionship, and emotional support. Caregivers work with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to follow individualized care plans and help clients travel safely to appointments, errands, and social activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to assist clients with transfers and mobility.
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Additional caregiving certifications.
• Previous experience in home care or related caregiving roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote clients’ well-being.
• Monitor and document clients’ health status and promptly report changes.
• Administer medications as directed and comply with established care plans.
• Drive clients safely to medical appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Maintain client transportation logs and ensure the vehicle is clean and safe.
• Communicate with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals about care needs and progress.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment.
