About The Position

Abundant Love Home Care Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Caregiver to provide personalized, in-home care and support to clients in Hickory and surrounding areas. Requirements

Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide (PCA) experience is preferred.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to work independently and follow care plans with minimal supervision.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it.

Nice To Haves

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to support their safety and comfort.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces.
Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health conditions.
Offer companionship and emotional support to improve clients’ quality of life.
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
Document and promptly report changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors.
