The Care Coordinator will be at the center of daily operations, helping families navigate home care options, coordinating caregiver schedules, recruiting and onboarding caregivers, and ensuring clients receive dependable, compassionate care. This is a computer- and phone-intensive position requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage changing priorities. Every interaction matters, and the role requires professionalism, empathy, and confidence when speaking with clients, caregivers, and referral partners.
