About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Nursing Students to provide one-on-one care to adult clients in the Montgomery County area. We offer a flexible work environment where you can choose your work location, colleagues, and hours. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including days, overnights, and weekends. Requirements
- Home Health Aides (HHAs): Minimum of one year of direct home care experience with another Home Health agency.
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs): Current or expired CNA license from any state.
- Nursing Students: Completion of the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, range of motion exercises, and ambulation.
- Assist with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Perform Home Management Tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
