About The Position

Join Duluth Trading Company's Dam Good Crew as a Holiday Pick/Pack Associate. The role pays $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour from 11/23/2026 through 12/20/2026. Shifts are available Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling. A minimum availability of 20 hours per week is required; full-time-equivalent hours may be available during peak periods. No previous distribution or warehouse experience is required. Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks, and those hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug-testing requirements.

The position involves picking and packing online orders, moving and replenishing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse. Work entails standing or walking throughout the shift; lifting, reaching, twisting, bending, and continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement; and pushing or pulling carts or pallets. Warehouse noise levels and temperatures fluctuate.

Requirements

• No previous distribution or warehouse experience is required.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
• Walk or stand for the entire work shift.
• Lift 30 pounds on average, 40 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements.
• Push or pull a cart and/or pallet weighing up to 500 pounds.
• Comply with pre-employment background checks.
• Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug-testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack merchandise for online customer orders.
• Accurately move product throughout the facility.
• Replenish primary warehouse bin locations as needed to meet customer service levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive work environment.
