About The Position

Join Duluth Trading Company’s Dam Good Crew as a Holiday Pick/Pack Associate. This warehouse role involves accurately picking and packing merchandise for online orders, moving products through the facility, replenishing warehouse bin locations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is not required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options and a minimum availability requirement of 20 hours per week. Full-time-equivalent hours may be available during peak periods. The role pays $18.00 per hour, with stated holiday and second-shift premiums during specified dates.

Requirements

Previous distribution or warehouse experience is not required.
Be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
Walk or stand for the entire work shift.
Lift 30 pounds on average, 40 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements.
Push or pull a cart and/or pallet weighing up to 500 pounds.
Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.
