About The Position

As a Holiday Helper, you will be a welcoming first point of contact for families shopping at Carter’s. You will help customers find products and understand styles, features, and benefits; support a positive shopping experience through omnichannel services; and complete sales, replenishment, and shipment tasks in a busy retail environment. The role also includes sharing information about promotions and the brand loyalty program, helping keep the store safe and clean, and resolving customer issues. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. The role requires standing or walking for extended periods, using a ladder, and lifting up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

Proactively resolve customer issues and assist multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
Welcome customers and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
Use omnichannel services as needed to meet customer needs and provide a positive shopping experience.
Execute and expedite point-of-sale and register transactions.
Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
